Quick Start

This video will guide sellers through all steps required to get their SellerSkills accounts set up. Watch this video if you have a hard time customizing your profile to get the clues. Also, please schedule a demo and SellerSkills support manager will help and answer all your questions.

Warehouse #

Click the [Add Warehouse] button to begin:

In the “Warehouse Locations” form fill in the following information:
  1. Location Name*
  2. Address*
  3. City*
  4. Zip Code*
  5. Second Address
  6. Country*
  7. State*
Note! All fields marked with an asterisk [*] are required to be filled in.

Added warehouse is ticked as primary by default. At present you can use just one warehouse. In the future the Seller Skills service for few warehouses will be realized.
To confirm information, click the [Save] button at the bottom of the page.
You get the notification if the process succeed.
Next stage is to add the marketplace channel.

Add Marketplace #

Note!
There are no limits on the number of the connected sales channels to your SellerSkills account.
To connect SellerSkills application with the marketplace channel, click the [Add Marketplace Channel] icon.

Afterward, click the [Add] button in the line of the Amazon, eBay, Walmart marketplaces or Shopify.

Now go to “Amazon Marketplace”, “eBay Marketplace”, “Walmart Marketplace” or “Shopify”.
To add another marketplace channel, click the [Add Marketplace Channel] icon or click [Next] to continue.

Import #

At this stage, you can pull the listing information from the connected sales channels and create products automatically by SKU identifier.
To manage the import operation, follow the next steps:
  1. Click the drop-down icon and choose the marketplace channel to import.
  2. Import
  3. Tick the [Build the products from the imported listing] checkbox and created products will be linked with the related listing. Therefore, this option makes your inventory management centralized.
  4. Import
  5. To proceed, click [Import Products].
  6. Completed this process, you get the inventory with the same stock level as on the chosen marketplace channel.

    After that, you can choose another marketplace channel and repeat the import of the products.

    Or you can click [Next] after “Success!” notification and go to next stage.
    You may omit “Import” by clicking [Skip].

Notifications #

At this stage, you can set up the notifications about low inventory and new orders for the SellerSkills application.
To continue, click [Set Up the Notifications] or choose [Skip] to customize later.

If you want to get emails with notifications, you have to specify your email address. You may set up to four email addresses.
To add new email, click the [Add] icon and enter the address in the blank field.

To clear the email address, click the [Close] icon once or double click to delete extra email field.

Afterward, you have to set the minimal quantity to get the notification about the low inventory in stock.
Note!
Minimal quantity must be positive and not equal zero.

Then choose the type of the notifications you want to receive about the low inventory in stock. Tick either [Email] to get all notifications on your email(s) or [Notification] to get notifications on your SellerSkills account. You can pick both and receive notifications on your email(s) and SellerSkills account.

At the last step, you have to specify what type of notification you want to receive about sales orders: emails or notifications. You may choose both options and get notifications on the specified email(s) and SellerSkills account.



To confirm notification settings, click the [Save] button.

If preferences are saved, you get the notification.

Payment Info #

Payment Info (not needed for Shopify Seller)
You are almost ready to enjoy the full package of the SellerSkills application. But first, you should add your payment information.
Click [Add Payment Info] to proceed.
Note!
If you are the owner (seller) of the Shopify Store and added the Shopify channel to the SellerSkills, you will be charged by Shopify Billing System. In this case, Payment Info is not required, just skip this step.

OR you may choose [Skip] and back to the page later.
In the “Payment Info” form, you have to specify payment details and billing address.
In the”Payment Details” section enter the required information:
  1. First Name*
  2. Last Name*
  3. Credit Card details*
  • Card number is a number located on the front of your card and either printed or embossed in raised numbers across the front of your card. It usually consists of 16 digits, although it may be anywhere from 12 to 19 digits.
  • MM/YY is an expiration date of your credit card. It is on the front of your card. MM is for month and YY is for year.
  • CVC (CVV) is a 3-digit number placed on the back of the VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards and 4-digit code printed just above the account number on the front of the American Express cards.

  • Adding some credit cards, it may be required to enter ZIP.
ZIP code of the credit card is the zip code associated with a credit card’s billing address.
Note!
ZIP code information of your credit card must be the same as Zip Code specified in your billing address.

In the “Billing Addres” section you have to specify:
  1. Address*
  2. City*
  3. Zip Code*
  4. Second Address
  5. Country*
  6. State*

* Fields marked with an asterisk [*] are required to be filled in.
** To set”Country” and “State”, you have to click the [Dropdown] icon and choose from the list.
Check the payment information and to confirm click [Save].
*** It’s recommended to read our Terms Of Service before confirmation.

When process is completed, you get a notification.

At the last stage, before taking full advantage of the SellerSkills application, you are suggested to select a subscription plan appropriate for your business.

For the new SellerSkills users, we offer a FREE Plan. Within this plan, you can manage up to 50 orders per month and get access to all SellerSkills application features for no fee. This subscription is a great choice for small businesses or startups.
