App Setting

Business #

In the “Business” tab you can edit your company details. To start, click the [Edit] icon and go to chosen business page.

In the “Business Details” section you can edit:
  1. Business Name*;
  2. Email*;
  3. Phone number.
To change data, place the cursor in the needed text-box and enter new information.
Business
You are able to set your business logo (4) in the “Business Details” section. To upload new logo, click the [Upload new picture] line.
Then select a new image to upload from your computer and click [Open]:

Or click [Cancel] to abolish the uploading.
To delete current picture, click the [Close] icon in the top right corner of the image or you can upload the new logo instead the old one.

In the “Business Address” section you can change information about:
  1. Address*;
  2. City*;
  3. Zip Code*;
  4. Second Address;
  5. Country*;
  6. State*.

To edit “Country” and “State”, click the [Dropdown] icon and choose appropriate data from the dropped list.

To confirm changes, click [Save]. Otherwise, editing process will not be accomplished.
You get a notification about successful updating.
To return to the “App Setting” page, click [Business] in the top left corner of the screen.

Warehouse #

In the “Warehouses” tab you can edit current warehouse details or add new warehouse.
Having filled in your warehouse address, you will save your time while buying custom labels in the future, as you do not need to specify it manually every purchase.
To add new warehouse, click the [Add location] button.

Note! Currently you can use only one Warehouse.

To edit details, click the [Edit] icon in the line with the chosen warehouse and go to the warehouse locations page.

In the “Warehouse Locations” form you can change the following data:
  1. Location Name*;
  2. Address*;
  3. City*;
  4. Zip Code*;
  5. Second Address;
  6. Country*;
  7. State*.

* All fields marked with an asterisk [*] are required to be filled in.
To confirm changed information, click the [Save] button in the bottom of the page.
You get the notification if the process succeed.
To abolish changes, click [Cancel].

Inventory #

In the “Inventory” tab you can turn on/off inventory control, options to create a mutilple listings to single product on same marketplace.

Invnetory control – manage the quantity on listings based on inventory stock automatically, meaning each sale QTY will be updated and reflect real stock level. Multiple listings on a Single Marketplace – allow to create a multiple listings of same product on a same marketplace, it allow you list same product with multiple name, ASIN and other options.

Pricing #

There is a basic price you set for the item in the inventory. It means that the price for the product will be the same all over the channels you use like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or Walmart. But there are situations when you’ve got to adjust the price depending on the marketplace considering the market situation, fees, and other expenses. Our pricing control feature enables you to automatically add a fixed amount of dollars or the percentage from the basic price to all the products on the selected marketplace.

Integrated Channels #

The integrated channels will be displayed automatically. There is no need to add them manually. If you have added the marketplace to our app or have integrated the channel with other platforms, they all will be displayed on the list.

Toggle #

If you want to use the pricing control feature to one, several, or all marketplaces, hit the toggle to activate it.

Price Control Options #

You can set the extra price value either in the fixed amount of dollars or a specific percentage from the basic price.
If you want the additional values to appear in percentage, click the percentage icon. Mind that the toggle should be on. The icon will change its color from gray to blue if the changes are applied.
In case you would like to add a fixed sum to the basic price, click the dollar icon. Mind that the toggle should be on. The icon will change its color from gray to blue if the changes are applied.

Extra Price Value #

This field allows you to set the extra price value depending on your pricing strategy for every marketplace.
Let’s say, you want to add 10% from the basic price to the listings on Amazon and 5$ to every product on eBay.

Click Save and your changes will applied to listings on the channels.

Notification #

In the “Notification” tab you can edit the details of how you prefer getting reports about low inventory and orders. Also, you can add up to four email addresses to receive notifications.

You customize notification in the same way as you have done at Quick Start settings.

Templates #

In the “Templates” tab you can arrange the following templates:
  • Order Shipping Email Template
  • Order Delivered Email Template
  • Packing Slip Template
  • Order Invoice Template
  • Default Label’s Size

Note!
Having edited templates or label’s size, you have to click [Save] to confirm and save changes you have made in the “Templates” tab. Otherwise, they will not be saved.

If preferences are saved successfully, you get a notification.

Order Shipping Email Template #

To activate sending order shipping emails, you have to tick the checkbox, as shown in the picture below. In this case, recipients will receive an email after the order has been shipped.
To turn off this option, uncheck the corresponding box.

To edit the order shipping email template, click the [Edit] icon. Now you are able to arrange the order shipping email template.

To change the subject of the email, remove the filled text and enter a new subject in the “Subject” field.

Afterward, you can edit the current email or you may delete the text and write a new email.

Also, you are able to choose the replacements fields you want to specify in your order shipping email template.
Firstly, you have to expand one of the “Field Replacements” categories.

You have to put the cursor in the needed place in the template text-field and pick the necessary details from the “Field Replacements” section.

To add the required details, you have to click the [Add] icon.
To remove the replacement field from the template, you have to click the [Delete] icon or highlight the chosen details and click the [Delete] or [Backspace] keys.

To edit the font, style, fill color, font color and lists, you may use instruments from the panel above the template field.

To save changes in the order shipping email template, click [Save] or [Close] to return to the “Template” tab.
Having saved changes, you receive a notification.
To reset the current template to the default one, click [Reset To Default].
To send a test email to the specified email at the registration, click [Send Test Email].

To turn on sending order delivered emails, you have to check the “Order Delivered Email Template” box. In this case, recipients will get email after order has been delivered.

To deactivate this option, uncheck the corresponding box.

Now you are able to arrange the order delivered email template.

Packing Slip Template #

Before you print the order packing slip, you can customize it.

To edit packing slip template, click the [Edit] icon.

Firstly, you have to set the packing slip’s size: click the [Dropdown] icon and pick the needed size from the list.

Afterward, you have to tick the check-boxes of the additional details you want to specify in the packing slips. You may choose as many options as you need.

To save changes in the packing slip template, click [Save] or [Close] to get back to the “Template” tab.
Having saved changes, you receive a notification.

Order Invoice Template #

Before you print order invoice, you can customize it. Here you can find more information how to print order invoices.
To edit the order invoice template, click the [Edit] icon.

Firstly, you have to set the order invoice’s size by clicking the [Dropdown] icon and picking the needed size from the list.

Afterward, you have to tick the check-boxes of the additional details you want to specify in the order invoice. You may choose one, few or all options.

To save changes in the order invoice template, click [Save] or [Close] to back to the “Template” tab.
If changes are saved successfully, you receive a notification.

Default Label’s Size #

To set the default label’s size, click the [Dropdown] icon and pick the needed size from the list. This size will be chosen unless you specify the other one.
