Listing Templates

Listing templates allow you to import listings from your SellerSkills inventory to a selected channel easier and without much editing or updating information for specific goods on a selected marketplace in bulk.
Every marketplace should have an individual template since the required fields differ. Follow these steps to set up templates for the various integrated channels.

Amazon Listing Template #

Create Amazon Listing Template #

1. Go to ‘App Settings’
   
2. Go to the ‘Channels’ tab
   
3. Select a channel you would like to create a template for. In this case, Amazon US, and click the editing icon.
   
4. Go to the ‘Listing Templates’ tab
   
5. Create a new template
   
   
6. Fill out the form with the data requested for an Amazon listing and click Save. Mind that the fields with `*` are required. You may not fill out all the fields. You can enter information in the ones that would work for all selected listings you would like to update or import. Click ‘Save’ when you are done.
   
   
7. When the listing template is successfully created, it will be displayed in the tab.
   
   

Update Amazon Listing Template #

1. Go to ‘App Settings’
   
2. Go to the ‘Channels’ tab
   
3. Select a channel you would like to create a template for. In this case, Amazon US, and click the editing icon.
   
4. Go to the ‘Listing Templates’ tab
   
5. Click edit ‘Listing Templates’
   
6. Filed out fileds that you want to update, when you done click ‘Save’.
   
   

Walmart Listing Template #

Create Walmart Listing Template #

1. Go to ‘App Settings’
   
2. Go to the ‘Channels’ tab
   
3. Select a channel you would like to create a template for. In this case, Walmart US, and click the editing icon.
   
4. Navigate to the ‘Listing Templates’ tab and then click the ‘New Template’ button.
   
5. Fill out the form with the data requested for an Walamrt listing and click Save. Mind that the fields with `*` are required. You may not fill out all the fields. You can enter information in the ones that would work for all selected listings you would like to update or import. Click ‘Save’ when you are done.
   
   
6. When the listing template is successfully created, it will be displayed in the tab.
   
   

Update Walmart Listing Template #

eBay Listing Template #

Create eBay Listing Template #

1. Go to ‘App Settings’
   
2. Go to the ‘Channels’ tab. Select a channel you would like to create a template for. In this case, eBay US, and click the editing icon.
   
3. Navigate to the ‘Listing Templates’ tab and then click the ‘Edit Template’ button.
   
4. Fill out the form with the data requested for an eBay listing and click Save. Mind that the fields with `*` are required. You may not fill out all the fields. You can enter information in the ones that would work for all selected listings you would like to update or import. Click ‘Save’ when you are done.
   
   
5. When the listing template is successfully created, it will be displayed in the tab.
