What is Onboarding Session?
We offer a free 30 min onboarding session for all new customers when they sign up with an active account. During the call, an onboarding specialist will kick off the session and coach you on a number of topics such as integrating a sales channel, importing products, listing workflows, and much more.
This package is designed for new SellerSkills users. Once you’ve signed up as a paying customer, you can schedule a second call within your SellerSkills account.
How do you count sales orders?
We count every new incoming sale order from any of your connected marketplaces as an order. Your order count will be automatically reset every month on the first day of your billing cycle.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept payments by card and support Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Are there any setup fees?
No, we won’t charge anything for the setup. All you need is to arrange two 30-minute sessions with our manager. And here you go. You are ready to run and manage all your multichannel selling campaigns from one place.

What’s included in FREE plan?
You get access to a full version of SellerSkills. No restrictions on features. But you can handle only 50 orders per month within this free plan. Sign up for any of our plans to get more.
What type of support do you offer?
You don’t have to be a tech genius to use our app (because it’s simple in use). But it might seem cumbersome for the first time. That is why we are here to support you in every possible way. We hold live webinars to show SellerSkills features in use. Also, we keep an extensive knowledge base with detailed step-by-step guides. Do you have other issues? Then our techs are available during local business hours to tackle any problem.
Can I change my plan?
You can always upgrade your plan and changes apply immediately. If you decide to cancel or downgrade monthly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Sure! You can cancel your account from the settings panel whenever you want it. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. It would be a shame to see you leave us.
How does the annual plan work?
Let’s say, you have 150 orders per month (1800 orders annually). You pick the package that costs $750 and gives you an 1800 order limit, available for one year. As you are approaching that limit, you’ll be sent notifications. So that you can either stay on that plan (but with no access to the app’s features as you reach the limit) or upgrade it to a new one (just paying the difference).
