To start working with your listings, you may import them or create the new ones.
If you have no listings on the SellerSkills account, your “Listings” start page will be like the one below.
In this case, you may create a new listing with the items from your inventory or import the existing listing from the connected sales channels.
To import the first listing, click the [Import existing Listings] button at the bottom of the page or [Import] in the top right corner.
To import listing from the connected sales channel, if you already have created the one, click [Import] in the right corner below account avatar.
To get more information on how to import listing, go to the “Import Listings” page.
To create the listing required products, to add product to your inventory please see this manual.
Please click [Inventory] in top menu and choose [Inventory] from the drop-down list.
Then select via the check-boxes of products from the inventory list, that you want to create listings.
To choose all products, tick the top checkbox above the inventory list.
You can use filters or search to find items with the required parameters. Detailed information about “Product Filters” and “Search Inventory” you may find here.
Having picked the needed products from the inventory, click [Create Listing] and choose the needed sales channel from the drop-down menu.
After you will see pop-up window with two options Create listing via template or without
If you select via Template, please select one of the existing templates for current channel. How to create templates please see here.
Now you can update generic listings information, like handling time, condition and other.
After you done with updating, you can “Save” or “Save and Publsih”. Save – meaning listing or listings will saved as drafs. Save and Publish – it will saved and publish to the channel.
If the process is successful, you get a notification.
You can check its status by clicking the [Background Tasks] icon.
There is the list of the listed on items in the backgrounds tasks notification.
If you select create without template
Having created and properly edited items in the draft listing, you can publish a particular item or items in bulk.
Firstly, you have to go to the one of the connected sales channels: click [Listings] in the top menu, choose the needed sales channel from the drop-down list, and go to the “Draft” tab.
Now you may follow one of the ways below.
The first way is appropriate for publishing a particular product and products in bulk.
You have to tick the check-boxes of the required items from the list in the “Draft” tab.
To choose all products, tick the top checkbox.
Also, you may use “Filter Listings” or “Search Listings” to sort items by some identifier or keyword. Click here to find more information about these functions.
Afterward, click the [Publish] icon above the list.
If the process proceeds successfully, you get a notification and items’ statuses are changed to publishing.
Two next ways of publishing are appropriate for publishing the particular item.
Click the [Three Dots] icon in the line with the needed product and choose [Publish] from the list.
Firstly, go to the “Edit Listing” page:

Then click the [Save & Publish] button at the top of the “Edit Listing” page to publish the product.
If there are some items with warning or error statuses, we highly recommend you to put them right before publishing.
To find out more information about the issue, click on the name of the product.
After that, click [Show Details] at the top of the “Edit Listing” page and resolve the issue as it is recommended.

Having corrected the issues, you can tick all required products and publish them.
It may take up to 15 minutes to publish listings to your marketplace. You can check the result by clicking the [Notifications] icon.
Unless you publish created or edited listings, they won’t be saved on your sales channel on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Shopify.
You can close a particular item from the not draft listings.
Firstly, go to the connected sales channel from which you want to remove the listed item: click [Listings] in the top menu and choose the required sales channel from the list. Then go to the required tab and click on the name of the needed item.
Afterward, click [Close Listing] at the top of the “Edit Listing” page.
Next, choose [Close] to confirm closing process or cancel it by clicking [Cancel] or [Close].
If the process is successful, you receive a notification. The item’s status is changed to closing.
Few minutes later item is removed to the “Draft” tab and you are able to reactivate it when you need to. You may check the status of the process by clicking the [Notifications] icon.
You can delete a particular item or items in bulk from the created or published listings.
To start deleting, click [Listings] in the top menu, choose the sales channel, and go to the tab where you need to delete items.
There are few ways to delete items from listing.
The first one is appropriate for deleting a particular item and items in bulk.
Tick the check-boxes of the required listed item or items and click the [Delete] icon above the list.
To delete all listed products, tick the top checkbox and click the [Delete] icon above the list.
You may use “Filter Listings” or “Search Listings” to sort items by some identifier or keyword. Click here to get more information about these functions.
To finish the deleting process, you have to confirm deleting clicking [Delete] or [Cancel] to abolish the process.
If deleting is successful, you get a notification.
To delete one particular listing, follow one of the ways below.
At first, you have to go to the “Edit Listing” page:
Afterward, click the [Delete] icon at the top of the “Edit Listing” page.
Click the [Three Dots] icon in the line with the needed item and choose [Delete] from the list.
To finish the process, you have to confirm deleting by clicking [Delete] or [Cancel] to abolish the process.
If deleting is successful, you receive a “Success” notification.
It may take few minutes to delete items from your listing. To check the result, click the [Notification] icon.
