To simplify label search and management, you may use filters.
To create a new filter, click [Filters] to the right above the list of the labels.
Now you can customize a new filter according to your needs. To specify the channel of the order to which labels were assigned, click the [Dropdown] icon in the “Channel” field and choose the needed channel or channels from the list.
You can use one or several channels to create a filter.
If you don’t want to specify channels, leave the “Channel” field unfilled. To delete channel from the list, click the [Close] icon.
Next, you have to set the date range in the fields “From” and “To” to filter the custom labels.
You can choose the date with the date-picker. To navigate, use the [Left] and [Right] arrows. Also, you can enter data manually in the date format MM/DD/YY, where MM — a month, DD — a day, and YY — a year.
You can specify either “Date From” or “Date To”. You can fill in both or neither of them.
Remember, “Date To” can’t be earlier than “Date From”.
Next, you have to specify the label status. To choose tick the check-boxes of the needed statuses.
You may choose one, few or none of the options.
Having specified the information, check the filled data and if everything is correct, click [Apply filter] or click [Clear filter] to clear the filled data and specify correct information to create a new filter.
To close the “Filter Labels” window, click the [Close] icon in the top right corner.
To change data in the arranged filter, click [Filters] in the right corner above the displayed labels list and edit the required information in the “Filter Labels” window.
To apply changes, click [Apply filter] or [Clear filter] to delete filled data.
To exclude particular filter identifiers from the arranged filter, click the [Close] icon of the required identifiers on the panel above the displayed list. You can remove all identifiers.
If it is needed, click [More] to see all filter identifiers. To hide them, also click [More].
To delete filter, click [Filters] in the right corner above the labels list.
After that, click [Clear Filter] in the “Filter Labels” window.
In the end, click the [Close] icon in the top right corner to close the “Filter Labels” window.
To delete filters in another way, click all [Close] icons of the filter identifiers on the panel above the displayed labels list.
“Search Labels” is another instrument to speed up the search of the labels. You can perform the search by the details of the order ID, label ID or tracking number.
To start, put the cursor into the “Search Label” field and enter the appropriate data.
To clear the “Search Labels” field, click the [Close] icon or highlight the filled information and press the [Backspace] or [Delete] keys.
